On April 6, 2021, the Honorable Estela Chavez-Vasquez ordered a Writ of Habeas Corpus Hearing. The order comes after numerous attempts to prove tampering with a case within her venue.
The most recent filing will allow the tampering to be easily articulated. In the initial attempt for relief, the application was filed within the criminal cause.
There were sequences of events which lead up to misleading information being presented to the Honorable Estela Chavez-Vasquez. Now, the new filing only has the original petition which was filed in the criminal cause in October 2020.

The petition is a complete contradiction to what the Honorable Judge Estela Chavez-Vasquez was provided through the initial criminal habeas corpus filing.
This should make it easier for the judge to realize the misconduct which has occurred in the criminal filing, which was the intent to prove by the petitioner.
