Pre-Trial Habeas Corpus Brief on a False Case by the Kyle Police Chief has been Filed

The appellant in a pre-trial Habeas Corpus proceeding has filed his brief.

The brief focuses on the same constitutional issues filed in Ferrara v. Barnett, et al, which is still pending in the US District Court, Western District of Texas.

It also focuses on three key points:

  • No Evidence a Crime Occured
  • Excessive Bail (bail bond matter)
  • Unnecessary Delay (without good cause)

We have received new information from the City of Kyle, through the Texas Attorney General’s Office that Jeffrey Blake Barnett, Police Chief for the City of Kyle has been using a pseudonym since October 1, 2018.

A Reliable Source of Information

The use of a pseudonym is very important. The Police Chief controlled his employees to orchestra an investigation into a citizen.

This occurred because the Police Chief has been trying to cover up his past actions. His officers cannot impartially investigate for their own Chief and has raised to more than mere suspicion that the Police Chief has committed Abuse of Official Capacity.
