We have received confirmation that Whit Barnett was an Elected Constable since 1989 through about 1995; HOWEVER, TCOLE has no record of his proper licensure. This still posses an issue:
Whit Barnett WAS Elected to Be Constable – TCOLE STILL HAS NO RECORD OF PROPER LICENSURE
